Our sourdough is built from a wild starter that's been alive in this kitchen since the first loaf. Long, slow fermentation. A crackled crust and an open, custard-soft crumb. We bake cookies, pastries, and pull coffee to order — fresh every morning from a hometown bakery in Erin, Tennessee.
