Orders, Payment & Cancellation
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject orders at our discretion.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe / Square / PayPal / Shopify. We do not store full credit card details.
You may cancel or modify an order before it enters preparation/shipping by contacting us immediately.
Pre-orders and custom/special orders are generally non-refundable once preparation has begun.
Pickup & Delivery
Local pickup and delivery options are available only in designated areas and time slots.
You are responsible for providing correct pickup/delivery address and being available at the scheduled time.
Late pickup may result in disposal of perishable items with no refund.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our food, we generally do not accept returns.
Refunds or replacements may be offered at our discretion if:
-The product arrives damaged or incorrect
-You notify us within 2 hours of pickup/delivery with photos
Non-perishable items (merchandise, gift cards, etc.) may be refunded within 3 days if unused and in original condition.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens (wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, etc.).
We are not a certified allergen-free facility. Customers with severe allergies order at their own risk.
You are responsible for reading ingredient lists and notifying us of allergies when ordering.

All content on the Website (photos, recipes, text, logos, designs) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
